Born on September 1st,1936. Died on June 23rd 1969
Thomas Chatman a really good all around musician writer composer.I first met him at the Fontaine Blu when he played with Billy Martin. I learned a lot from him he was a great showman as well. I remember many a night watching him play with his great big smile. I will never forget him. He was a great man to say the least.Tragically he died trying to save his son in a terrible accident. A hero no less. RIP Thomas you will always be remembered.
